Hi there!

I'm Masha, 35, living in Amsterdam with my dog Yolo (he’s local, I’m from Belarus).

I love dogs, coffee, pilates, and deep, honest conversations. And I’m passionate about helping people make peace with food, feelings, and themselves.

I created quit.eating.disorders for those who are tired of diets, overeating, and constant self-criticism. This is a space where you can be real — no shame, no fluff. We talk about eating behavior openly, gently, and with a touch of self-irony.

My main job is in IT, but this blog and my consultations are a way for me to share my experience and offer support. I’ve been through my own messy journey with food and self-image, so I get it. If even one person feels a little lighter after reading this — that means everything to me. You’re not alone 🤗.
